Evidencija radnog vremena

Used by: Bilanca d.o.o., an accounting office in Rijeka

Croatian regulation (Pravilnik, NN 55/2024) requires a record of every worker's hours. The program puts it together for you: pick the employer, the worker and the month, mark sick leave, annual leave and holidays, and you get the finished Excel sheet in the official layout.

  • Pick the employer, the worker and the month, then mark sick leave, annual leave and holidays. The program produces the Excel sheet in the official layout.
  • A second mode for hospitality-style shifts: enter the start and end time for each day, and the program counts night work, overtime, Sunday and holiday hours separately and totals the month.
  • One file that opens in the browser. Nothing to install, and it works offline.

Arhiva

Used by: Bilanca d.o.o., an accounting office in Rijeka

On a schedule, Arhiva copies the data from the office's three networked Windows computers onto an external USB disk at the main computer. The copies are encrypted, and the disk is taken offline between backups for added security.

  • An interface in the browser: live progress for every computer and every folder.
  • Every backup is kept as a version, and versions are listed by day.
  • Restoring takes four steps: computer, version, files, destination.

ZSPNFT evidencija

Used by: Bilanca d.o.o., an accounting office in Rijeka

The Croatian anti-money-laundering law (ZSPNFT) requires an accounting office to keep records on every client firm. The program keeps them in one place, shows what is missing or about to expire, and fills in the required Word forms.

  • Firms, owners and representatives, risk assessment, declarations on politically exposed persons, and yearly monitoring.
  • Shows what is missing or about to expire: ID documents, yearly records.
  • Generates the required Word forms already filled in, and keeps the signed copies with each firm.
